10 minutes to beautiful Venice. a Venezia

This is a normal apartment. It is neither a hotel nor a hostel. You get your own private room which is big, clean and comfortable and is meant to comfortably accommodate two people, and there are three rooms altogether. We don’t offer room service, or remake the bed while you’re away. Every guest gets a key to his room, and is assured total privacy for the time being. The two bathrooms and the kitchen are shared with other guests.City tax, cleaning fee and breakfast are included in the price.Free public parking is available nearby. The property is located a 10-minute drive from Venice, while Venice Marco Polo Airport is 10 km away.Free internet Wi-Fi, breakfast is included in the price. On the arrival guests immediately get the keys to the apartment.We give the guest all the information and help if needed.There is a supermarket near the property, where you can buy all that is necessary for making your own dinner at the B&B, if you wish doing so.In the ”Tabaccheria” you can buy cigarettes and tickets for your trip to Venice.Every bus on our street leads you directly to the last stop in Venice, Piazzale Roma, in only 10 minutes and they drive in both directions all day and all night.Our B&B is located near the main bridge that leads you directly to Venice in only 10 minutes so you don’t have to worry about carrying the luggage over bridges and old steps in Venice. Also, you can park the car in front of the building freely. Buses stop directly in front of the building and lead you directly to the airport Venice Marco Polo and Venice-Mestre Train Station.Take bus number 15 or 9 to get from the airport to our B&B, the same on the other side of the road bus number 15 or 9 leads you back to the airport Marco Polo.Take bus number 15 to get from Mestre train station to our B&B and bus number 15 or 9 takes you back to the train station on the bus station in front of the apartment- back to the train station.On the arrival we do the check in and give you the keys to the apartment, then you can freely come and go whenever you like.In total l have 3 rooms in the apartment, and l never know which one of them will be available to rent. When you book you can get any of those three rooms that l have, depends which one is available at the time.So take a good look at the pictures before you book.

After using the bathroom leave it clean for the other guest that came after you.-Please don’t steal my towels, it’s been happening lately. They are not cheap and it costs me quite a lot of money to replace them.Thank you.
