The place is a real loft and it’s very bright, spacious, quite and is an ideal place to relax. It is fully equipped as we used to live here and we now still use it during weekends, when it’s free. It’s located in a very quite area and is at a walkable distance (approx 10 mins) from the city centre and the lake. You can easily park your car in the public street for free. The place is composed of a large open space with kitchen, dining, a leather sofa, a sofa bed and a table football; a bedroom with japanese bed and two bathrooms. It is ideal both for couples, groups of friends and families and it can accomodate four people. If you need two more beds, an airbed is also available in the place.The loft is fully equipped with everything you need both for a short or a longer stay: fully equipped kitchen, tablewares, dishwasher and washing machine, hairdryer, high speed WiFi and…a table football!My girlfriend (Francesca) and I work and live in Milan, so it may happen that we will not be able to welcome you. However, we are always reachable by email/phone and if it’s impossible for any of us to be in Como when you arrive, I will arrange for my sister or my parents who live in Como to welcome you. The loft is located in a very quiet neighborhood, served for everything. A supermarket where you can also buy fresh food, pubs and restaurants are only 150 meters away.A supergood patisserie (Vago) is 5 mins walk. Go there for your breakfast and try the croissants and the toast. You’ll love it!!!If you are on holiday and fancy a trip, there are a lot of places to visit both at the lake and up in the surrounding mountain. The train station (Como Borghi), the ferry station and the Funicolare (Brunate) are at walkable distance and you can easily reach Torno, Cernobbio, Carate Urio, Faggeto Lario, Bellagio, Brunate and many other places. Como is an all-year destination as there are lots of things to do no matter when you come. Obviously, you can enjoy the lake in spring/summer but if you plan to stay during the winter time in a couple of hours you can go skiing on the amazing Alps! We will be happy to suggest destinations and trips depending on your interests.The loft is also comfy if you are travelling for business and it could be an option if you need to go to Milan. The Milan fair and the Expo area are in fact easy to be reached as the highways from Como will directly bring you there. The place is also ideal for families with children as there is plenty of space to play and they will love the table football. Pets are also welcome.

Regole della casa
This is our own home, so please behave and use it with the care and respect you would use with your own. Please pay a special attention to the photos on the wall and to the plants. Pets are welcome. Specific rules for the waste disposal apply in Como and we will ask you to comply with them to avoid fines. If you need a cleaner during your stay we can arrange it and you will directly pay the cleaner (approx Euro 10/hr). If you are staying for more than 2 weeks a cleaner will come once a week for 3 hrs and you will be asked to directly pay the cleaner. Different agreements can be reached on the cleaning service depending on your needs. If you want to stay for more than 30 days you’ll be asked to provide a deposit to be agreed depending on the duration of the stay and a very simple contract will have to be signed to comply with Italian law.
