L’alloggio
The apartment is located in Dorsoduro in a first floor of a condo from the Seventies, close to Piazzale Roma and Venezia Santa Lucia station. It has been completely renovated recently. It is composed by an entrance room, a large living room, a separated kitchen, a master-bedroom with its own bathroom, plus a guest bathroom. The surrounding is silent and relaxing, and close to groceries and water bus stops. I host up to three people per time.
Guests can use the whole house, store their food in the refrigerator, and cook it. There are a washing machine and a dryer both in the basement. Super-fast Internet wi-fi connection available. And wow, don’t miss the amazing view from the condo top roof ‘altana’!
You will interact with me or a deputy person at your arrival and possibly at departure. You’ll find all the information you need at your arrival and you can be connected with me through messages or calls in the Internet with short-time answers.Il QuartiereDorsoduro is a large area in Venice. The surroundings of Campo Santa Margherita where my house is located are full of special places and traditions. You can easily walk or take water-bus to the main touristic places too. Un giro nei dintorniWell connected place with a close-by low-cost grocery too. 5-10 minutes to Pl.Rome, Santa Marta, San Basilio water stops.
