The apartment is spacious, bright and well furnished. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with washing machine and dryer), baby bed if needed and a generous living room and dining area are completed by a well equipped kitchen. Just walk out of the bedrooms or the living room and dining area to one of the gardens.There is a free parking space in the garage.Wellness and fitness: Enjoy free access to the heated indoor swimming pool, whirlpool (CHF 2.00), fitness ara and sauna.Watersport, water plane: Lago di Lugano and Lago di Como (30 min. by car) offer numerous watersport activities from boating, diving, sailing to Pedalos and beaches.Hiking: Go hiking on neighboring Monte Bré, enjoy the hiking trail ‘Olivenpfad’ from Lugano to Gandria along the lake or reach out to the magnificient valley of Verzasca or Maggia.Water park: Brand new water park will open in 2013 in Rivera (15 min. by car).Golf: There are many golf courses nearby.Have a swim in the morning, let the kids run to the playground at the other end of the residence’s garden (there is a fence all around). Enjoy a sauna evening or just sit in the lush garden and enjoy sun all year round. Walk to the city center or take the bus, go the groceries around the corner. On site you will be welcomed by our property manager.It is a nice, calm neighbourhood with locals living. There are playgrounds around and grocery stores. The public transport is excellent and stops just around the corner. There is a perfect public transport system just down the street – a two minutes walk.
