Original features mix with modern facilities to make the perfect Puglian getaway, ideal for family gatherings or groups of friends.The house is a converted 16th century masseria, or fortified farmhouse. The space has been painstakingly restored to provide modern comforts in a wonderfully atmospheric setting. The large L- shaped sitting room provides various seating areas for relaxing and leads through to the arched dining room with space for twelve diners. Two ground floor en-suite bedrooms have direct access to the outside. The first floor consists of an en-suite master bedroom, large single room, a twin room with space for extra bed, and a shower room.The whole house is accessible and guests have private use of the pool.Our caretaker will greet you at the beginning of the stay and will always be nearby should you require any assistance.The house sits in the middle of olive groves and vineyards, providing a wonderful sense of peace and solitude. It is a ten minute drive from the nearest town of Castellana which provides great options for dining, shopping and drinking. Other nearby places include Conversano and the seaside town of Polignano a Mare, while the Unesco World Heritage town of Alberobello is just 30 mins away.A car is necessary.
