Comfortable room in a cosy apartment in one of Venices most charming islands, just by the beach. The flat is located on the fourth floor of a building in front of the sea on the main boulevard next to the beach; it has a large balcony with breathtaking views of the beach and the sea. The flat is 80 square meters and has an elevator, it is furnished with simple style throughout, with a mix of 70s pieces alongside modern classics, but still has all the facilities you need to make it a relaxing stay. It is the perfect place for people who are looking for an exclusive, chilled-out break!The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults: there is a large fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a big dining table, there are two large bedrooms – one with double bed, one with twin beds – a bathroom with shower and bath tub. The kitchen is equipped with oven and other small kitchen appliances such as toaster and kettle, juice machine as well as very good quality pans, dishes, cutlery etc. and of course a washing machine. We provide fresh linen and towels and hair dryer. The neighbourhood of Lido is still unspoiled and away from the touristy “over crowded” areas of the city. Here you can find local shops, supermarkets, daily groceries and they are all at close walking distance. The vaporetto (water bus) makes it easy to reach every other part of town. The apartment is located just by the bus stop (1 min walk,) 5 min to the Piazzale S M Elisabetta (main vaporetto terminal), which is 15 min away of vaporetto to S. Mark. (S M Elisabetta is just a 10/15 min walk, from the flat).
