Spacious, fully furnished, quiet apartment in Varese, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living/dining room with sofa bed, kitchen/breakfast room, fiample terrace with BBQ, garage and enclosed parking space. Varese is the ideal place for Milan Expo 2015.The apartment is located in Montello, one of the most sought after residential areas of Varese, near the center and train stations. It accomodates up to 8 people and a child cot on request.The apartment is fully equipped, linen and towels are provided. First bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds, third bedroom with single bed and spare mattress, two bathrooms with shower, bathtub and washing machine, dining/living room with double sofa bed, TV and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, microwave. Wi-fi is provided.Children are welcome but no pets. We will ask you for a deposit to be refunded after the check out. Prices depend on number of guests and nights. € 40 first person, € 15 extra person, discount for periods longer than 1 week. Cleaning approx € 40 depending on length of stay. Transport from Malpensa airport or Varese train station can be arranged.Varese, Citta Giardino, is a small town situated between Lake Maggiore, Lake Como, Lake Lugano and Milan. It also boasts its own attractions like Sacro Monte (Unesco World Heritage site), Palazzo Estense with Italian landscaped gardens, a lively pedestrian center with shops, gelaterias, open air cafes and restaurants, Villa Panza (a villa belonging to FAI, the Italian National Trust) with lovely views and a significant contemporary art collection; lake Varese surrounded by a pedestrian/bicycle path; several walking/cycling paths suitable to all sorts of abilities. Castiglione Olona, a quaint medioeval town, with its famous frescos by Masolino da Panicale is not far away as other FAI sites: Monastero da Torba, Villa dalla Porta Bozzolo, Villa Balbianello on lake Como.Robur et Fides, a sport/leisure center with gym/swimming pool is just down the road as well as Villa Mylius, a park with children playground and free parking. Food shops are close by.The H bus stop to the center and train stations is just outside the house on via Guercino. We recommend taking theh train to go to Milan Expo 2015.
