The big residential area is surrounded by typical green of ‘ Sardinian macchia mediterranea’ in front of the mediterranean sea. This oasis of tranquillity and relax is ideal for couple, family or group of friends.You can park your car or motorbike in the very close (50 meters of flat way) reserved parking area for FREE!###Easy wheelchair access to the house from parking area (50 mt from apt) ### The house can host 7 people.There are two bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double confortable french bunk bed and a single bed below and a romantic room on the first floor with a king size bed . There is also a double confortable sofa bed in the living room.Kitchen is full equipped with everything you need to cook your meal . There is a washing machine you can use for free.The entrance of the house introduce you to an italian patio coulored by healing herb and ornamental flowers with an additional and convenient solar shower and a BBQ. There is also a peaceful living balcony with magical sea view on the other side of the house equipped with chairs and table where you could chill out drinking a glass of typical Sardininian ‘Cannonau’ red Wine or reading a book selected from our multilingual bookcase….We know that on vacation is not the main thing but the house is also equipped with a LED cable Tv …Inside the residential area (very close to the house) there is a big swimming pool /Bar, restaurant, pizzeria area with stunning sea view on Porto Rotondo.You will have FREE access at any time!You will find also four tennis racket and a lot of balls to play in the tennis pool…. just for FREE ;-)!The village is only 10/20 minutes away by car from Olbia airport and harbour and from stunning sandy beaches of Costa Smeralda.In the suburbs of Olbia (7 minutes far away from the house) there is a big mall with grocery shop and cheap hash house inside!People who would like to visit Sardinia should consider to rent a car to visit all the great beuty of this place. Public transportation are limited and difficult to access. If you ask us we could suggest you a lot of native itinerary….also on historical archeological site or undiscovered places in the wild Sardinia.The place is extremely unique to chill out and relax, but at the same time you are close to many famous and typical posh places like Porto Rotondo, Porto Cervo,Baja Sardinia , La Maddalena Island and so on! (ask us to book an unforgottable ferry tour of La Maddalena Archipelago)We live in the centre of Sardinia just 2 hours by car from here . For long-term stays, housekeeping is optional every week. linens and bath towels are not included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. The Guest is responsible for the safe return of any linen and beach towel taken from the apartment Please do not overload the outlets with too many appliances or gadgets, the electricity can trip. It is important that you don’t use the oven at the same time of the laundry machine or anything that can absorb too much electricity. We suggest to do laundry at night time to avoid any inconvenientThe Guest is responsible for keeping the property and all furnishings in good orderGuests are responsible for ensuring that the noise level in their apartment causes no disturbance to other Guests or to neighbors.We are happy to host you but we love this place and love people who respect our place and the neighbours
