Parking in then garden and a large garden. Direct access to the beach.Interaction with GuestsWe will welcome the guest in person and will give access keys directions and tips how to discover at the best the beautiful surroundings.The NeighbourhoodThe house is located in the little village of Sa Marigosa, right in front of a calm bay and the fisherman village of Su Pallosu where once was the Roman Port of Korakodes. At walking distance from the house you can explore the beautiful beaches of Capo Mannu’s peninsula (recommended Sa Mesa Longa, Sanea Scoada) and 6km south Is Arutas a must see. The village is small, pretty and safe. There’s no traffic nor nightlife but you can enjoy a nice night walk for an ice cream in Putzu Idu (900 mt) where there are several bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is in the village of Putzu Idu (about 1 km far), where you can find almost everything you need. Oristano (22 km) is the main center with banks hospitals and several malls if needed. The house is about 600 mt from the closest Pizzeria and restaurant, and 1000mt from grocery store and news stand.Getting aroundA car or motorbike or private way of transport is absolutely suggested as it is still the best way to visit Sardinia, especially in this more rural part of the coast, less touristic. If you choose anyway to come with public transport the next bus station is about 1 km far. Train station is 22km away in Oristano.Other Things to NoteThere are many possibilities for outdoor activities in the area. Along the beach of Putzu Idu (900 mt), you can sign up for surfing lesson, windsurfing or kite surfing courses. Bike rental is available or horseback riding excursions. Also daily boat rental is available or a guided excursion to the beautiful Marine Reserve of ‘Maldiventre Island’ is a must. Right in front of the house the calm waters offer great snorkeling and perfect swimming. Also safe for kids.

The house has to be left as clean as clean as possible, there is a clcleaning service fee of €100. The garbage has to be separated according to the rules of the village (you’ll find the instructions in the house). Linen are not included and can be provided for the additional cost of € 20/person.
