Hi everybody! This is our home, new built in 2015! We offer to our guests 3 rooms with bathroom and mini-kitchen. Each room has an indipendent acces 24H. All rooms are brand new rooms with a modern design. Facilitieses: Fridge, microwave, boiler for hot water, hairdryer, FREE WI-FI, led tv, mini kitchen and private bathroom with shower.
– Check-in from 2 pm / Check-out untill 11 am- We offer a free luggage deposit (on arrival and/or at departure) open from 7 am to 11 pm at a nearby hotel (recommended if you arrive before 2 pm)…Easly you can arrive when you want from 7 am to 11 pm and we are organized to give you the key of the room and all informations you need for your stay and your visit of Venice!Il Quartiere- 10/15 min. by bus from Venice: bus n° 2 (to/from Venice) runs every 10 minutes from 05:30 to 00:40; bus stop 3 min. walking from us on Via Piave- 10 min. walk from Venice Mestre Station (trains every 5/10 minutes to/from Venice)- Venice railway station Mestre is the arrival point of the buses that depart from Venice Airport and from Treviso- night bus n° N1 (to/from Venice) runs from 00:10 to 04:30; bus stop 3 min. walking from us on Via Piave- 10 min. walking from Piazza Ferretto (center of Mestre) with shops, bars, restaurants- for those arriving by car it is easy to park in the blue stripes near the B & B (price 6 € for 24h)- close to the house several restaurants, pizzerias, bars, fast food, supermarkets, tobacconist (bus tickets), 24h laundry, post office, banks, shops, etc.
