This is a very nice and elegant studio/apartment with balcony and underground parking. Just 15 minutes far from the city center and the shimmering lake of Lugano. Ideal for a couple or business.The apartment is located in Lugano, on the 2nd floor of the building.It is composed by: a dining room + kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a living room, on the intermediate floor there is the bathroom, the bed and a built-in wardrobe in the upper part of the room.It is 20 minutes far from downtown and the shimmering lake of Lugano, the grocery is just 5 minutes by feet and there is a river/channel nearby, with trail for running.Every guests, from all over the world, are always welcome to my place.The city center of Lugano is just 20 minutes far from the flat.Just out of the building on the right you can find the Migros supermarket (or 2 minutes by feet in via Beltramina there is Coop supermarket) and the pharmacy.There is the underground parking, a private space where my guests can park their cars, reachable by the car lift.
