The setting is lovely, by the lake, immersed in greenery and just minutes from the town centre, the station to Milan, the boat quai and the motorway exit. Como offers a marvellous getaway and the opportunity to visit the 2015 Milan Expo! The guest area has just been wholly renovated
Guests are well catered by a cafe’ and a pizzeria in the same block. The bicycle(s) included (with lock) offer a great opportunity to explore the town and surroundings. At a 5′ walking distance, a pool in a garden on the lakeside offers refreshment and relax (mats and pool towels incl)

The room can comfortably accomodate one person. An additional bed can be pulled up for a second person. Please beware however this will make moving around the room quite tight and will require an additional 10€/day charge for bedding. Additional bike will be 5€/day. The room has satellite TV and free wi-fi. The bathroom has a shower and includes soap, shampoo, hairdryer. Between bedroom and bathroom, a spacious foreroom offers books in English and German and a teapot with all the necessary to brew tea, as well as additional storage place. The secluded terrace is furnished for outdoor eating or lounging, candles included 🙂

Our home and neighbourhood are very relaxed. Just follow basic behaviour rules and you will certainly enjoy your time in Como with us! Smoking is not allowed in the house. Animals not permitted. Please take care of locking the bike(s) properly when out
