HOLIDAY VILLA WITH BREATHTAKING SEAWIEV:fully furnished Villa of about 140 sqm in very quiet area, 4km from the beach in the hills with breathtaking seawiev, great for families with children. The wonderful sea view is combined with the view from the hill on the characteristic red ground of Apulia with its fields and olive trees in a completely quiet natural surrounding with only a few private houses around. The house is simply but fully furnished with the essential Equipment.In order to make your stay enjoyable, you can use all the Equipment that is present in the Villa. If you want, there is also some firewood for the fireplace in the living room.Unfortunately we are not living near by, but our confidence Person will be available at every time, if necessary.The Villa has a strategic Position between the beautiful Village on the rocks over the Sea Polignano a Mare (distance: 5 km) and the beautiful Town Conversano (distance: 5 km)with ist historic Castle and the Basilica of Federico II. It is located 30 km south of Bari with ist Airport nearby .The distance from the nearest rocky beach is 4 km, but there are several possibilities around with a lot of variety of beaches, from rocky cliffs up to sandy dunes. Nearest town: Polignano a mare or Conversano at 5 kmWe suggest you a private vehicle (car, motorbike or bicycle). There is no public Transport near the Villa, so you can use only private Transport.Looking in a larger scale, you shouldn´t miss to visit in a range of only 40km:The fascinating City of Alberobello with ist characteristic architecture of round ‘tent-houses’, the White City of Ostuni or the beautiful Caves of the City of Castellana. These are only a few examples of the beautiful sights nearby.
