House at the Beach – sulla spiaggia a Terracina

Our house, Casa Keller, is located in the Porto Bardino Neighbourhood of Terracina. It is built right at the beach and you just need to roll out of bed for a morning swim.The house is spacious and comfortably furnished with a total living space of 145 sqm. All 5 bedrooms are equipped with proper beds and both bathrooms are next to the bedrooms.The main living space contains the dinning and sofa area with TV and DVD player. It is connected to the sunny terrace which offers a grand view to the garden and the see making it a popular area for a morning coffee or warm evening dinner. The kitchen is fully equipped, including washing machine, espresso maker, iron and ironing board,etc.Families with kids are more than welcome! We have a kids pool cum barbecue corner right at the entrance area. The kids pool is fantastic for the little inexperienced swimmers and the tiled table next to it is great for lunch or board games if the front terrace is too hot. The local supermarket is a 5 min walk away offering a variety of fresh fruits, bread, meat and cheese and everyday commodities. If you do not feel like cooking you can enjoy the numerous pizzarias and fish restaurants in the neighborhood. (5-10 min walk)Getting to Terracina is a 12 min drive, there are two main shopping streets close to the harbour district. The ancient town centre on the hill built before Rome is definitely worth a few visits. Do not miss the mandarin ice cream at the duomo.Terracina is located in the middle between Rome and Neaples a good 1,5 hours drive.

Dear guestsIt is very necessary to water the plants in the evening or morning when the sun is not to intense. It will take 30 min in total and is done with the two water hoses. The flowers at the terrace, the bushes around the garden and the flowers an bushes around the kids pool are the plants that will suffer if you don’t give them their daily food. Thanks for looking after them.
