Laran 2+1 Sleeps – Follonica Beach a Massa Marittima

This apartment is located on a farm. The landscape is hilly and includes lots of Mediterranean flora. It lies just a few kilometers from the sea and ‘Golfo di Follonica’. About 5 km away you will find the medieval castle of Massa Marittima. The property has been divided into three studios, two apartments and a large villa, spread over three buildings. The farm, with an area of 10 hectares (of vineyards and olive gardens) is part of the northern region of Maremma, called the High Maremma. The bay of Follonica, with the beautiful sandy beaches of Cala Violina and Punta Ala on the Tyrrhenian Sea, is located just minutes from the farm. The large pool (6 x 12 m) is situated in the midst of a wonderful pine forest. At the pool there is a terrace with patio furniture. Facilities of the farm include a common laundry and grills. There is also a private parking lot. The owner, who is of noble descent, produces organic DOC wines, olive oil and honey. You can sample these products on-site. Description: This studio is located on the ground floor and has an area of about 20 m2. It is suitable for 2 persons. The living room is furnished with a double bed. Upon request, a third bed can be added . The corner kitchen is fully-equipped and includes an electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and Italian coffee maker. Cutlery, kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. are also available. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. Outside, private table and chairs. Guests have their own private place in the garden which is equipped with lawn furniture. There is also a grill for common use. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has central heating, air-conditioning and a television with satellite connection. Sea within 10 minutes. There is a swimming pool with stunning views of vineyards and olive tree. In the period 29th June – 31st August we only accept weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Outside this period stays of 3 or more nights or 7 or more nights may also be booked, with the arrival on a day other than Saturday.

We are an organic farm, we do not waste water to water the grass… so don’t be surprised if in Agust the grass is not green!!!
Regole della casa
Arrival is between 5:30 and 7:30 pm. If you will arrive later, please inform the owner in advance. Departure: by 10:00 am. The price includes: – Bed linen and towels. – Use of the garden and swimming pool along with accompanying loungers and umbrellas (The pool is open from June to September, depending on the weather). – Common use of the barbecue. – A pet (by appointment). – Water, gas and heating. Not included in the price are: You are requested to leave the kitchen clean. If the kitchen is not left clean, an extra cleaning fee of € 50.00 will apply.
