Located near Bari and its historical centre, Ostuni and Alberobello in the heart of the Trullis.The farmhouse has been recently renovated to a high standard, retaining its original rustic charm with all modern conveniences and furnished beautifully . The property comprises of 6 en-suite bedrooms, bathrooms include spacious shower cubicles and bidets. The Masseria can sleep a max of 15 persons. All the bedrooms have A/C, king size beds & extra beds can be added on request The Masseria is all on one level and it has wide doorways for wheelchair access and one bathroom for disabled.The open plan dining-room and fully functional kitchen (the former stables) is equipped with TV, WIFI Internet & DVD player. In the English style garden there is Pizza oven and in the courtyard there is a large BBQ, you can relax and unwind in comfort by the swimming pool. This property is ideally located to explore this wonderful region. We are English speaking and can offer our local knowledge of the language and the area. We live in a villa to the rear of the Masseria, we are very discreet but are on hand if you have any questions. We can offer 3 & 4 night stays also reduced cost for smaller groups please ask for details. We can sleep a max of 15 persons, there will be a small extra cost please ask.Garden with large Pool, courtyard with BBQ area, private off road parking.We live in small Villa to the rear of the Masseria across the courtyard, we are very descrite and are on hand if needs be to answer any of your questions about the local area, restuarants, attractions etcThe Masseria is loacted in the country side 3km from Castellana Grotte and its ‘Caves’ also the Trulli’s of Alberobello, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli and much much more.Car is essential but the Masseria does have a few bikes for hire.Self catering rental, Check in time 17:00 Check out time 10:00, We can sleep a max of 15 persons, there will be an small extra cost, please ask. Gas for central heating and wood for the wood stove is a extra cost if required, (cost as per usuage). Refundable Damage deposit of €400,00 which will be repaid if no damage found 2 weeks after the departure date. Final cleaning fee €120,00 Optional mid stay clean fee €150,00.
