This house is the perfect place for a couple in a romantic holiday who fancy italian dolce vita.A delightful apartment located in the heart of Argentario zone, in Orbetello, a small town enjoyable throughout the year. The apartment on offer is in an elegant ancient building on, in a quiet street, close to Orbetello’s cathedral.Specially sunny 30 mq independent studio flat (kitchen, bathroom, living room) facing the garden, supplied with its own shaded patio. Completly restored, air-conditioned and fully furnished.It’s at ground floor, so it can be very confortable for elderly people that cannot make stairs (there is only one at the 2 entrances).However, bathroom does not allow a wheekchair in.It’s placed in the historical center of Orbetello town, which gets alive especially at aperitivo time and during the week ends, when people fancy walking for shopping or hang out for a drink in the plazas.Orbetello is a lovely place, rounded by a lagoon, in the heart of maremma (Toscana’s countryside) full of tipical restaurants, shops and even a cinema. Near by there’s also a golf club.At 3 minutes walk from the house, there’s the bus stop; the bus will bring you in 10 minutes to Feniglia Beach, where you can rent your place (umbrella and seat) and eat at the restaurants or decide to live the beach more easily and for free, close to the pine trees wood.Going further, in 15 minutes the bus will bring you to other beaches (Giannella) and to the other 2 towns of Monte Argentario coast: Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole. Here you can plan to spend a daily trip to worderful Giglio island (to see where the ship Costa Crociere run aground) and looking for little splendid hidden beaches.Pisa is the nearest city where you can easily arrive by plane.To get to Orbetello you can take the train (and then get the bus to the center in 10 mins) or you can rent a car at the airport so you can enjoy tripping around Maremma countryside (many beaches and Saturnia’s termal baths.You will be given sheets and towel. No internet connection. But there used to be an internet café in town if you reeeeally addicted to it!!

The patio overlook main house garden. If the main house is not rented out you can enjoy the garden too. You will have a decent and polite behave as you’re rounded by other apartments.
