Stylish, modern and spacious apartment ABLE TO SLEEP UP TO 7 ADULTS.Located 400m from the beach and 4km from historic town of Pizzo. Beach clubs, restaurants and gelateria within walking distance.Fully equipped with all necessary amentities.This stylish and spacious apartment is situated on the 1st Floor (there is an elevator) and comprises of a Master En Suite Bedroom with Private Balcony, 2nd Bedroom with Balcony access, 2nd Full Bathroom with tub and shower and a roomy, open plan Kitchen/Dining and Living Area with Balcony access. The apartment has huge windows so benefits from lots of natural light – all windows are fitted with rolling shutters for those siestas in the afternoon.The Kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with all necessary utensils, gas top stove, convection oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, double sink and electric kettle.The Living Area has a 32′ Flat Screen TV with basic channels, DVD Player and an HDMI lead from the back of the TV to enable you to play downloaded movies/TV series from your laptop through the TV.The Dining Table has 3 different configurations to seat from 2 to 8 diners (balcony chairs need to be used for 4+ diners).The bed arrangement is as follows:Master Bedroom – Queen Bed.2nd Bedroom – Double size Click-Clack Sofa Bed & Single size Loft Bed (Loft Bed is not suitable for young children).Living Area – Double size Sofa Bed.Total sleeping capacity – 7There is a small capacity washing machine in the apartment that has a 30 min rapid cycle. Other amenities include:Bed Linens & TowelsIron & BoardClothes AirersHairdryerCooler BoxLarge Beach UmbrellaPlenty of Street Parking (quiet cul-de-sac)ElevatorI have a Management Company based in Pizzo that distribute keys, emergency contact and maintenance issues.At an extra cost the Management Company are able to organise virtually anything that you require to make your stay more comfortable – rental of travel cots etc, daily excursions, translation services, shopping, laundry, language classes, transportation, airport transfers….etc. Just ask!There are 6 restaurants within walking distance of the apartment (400m) ranging from formal dining to casual/take-out, and beachfront. Gelateria Enrico is at the end of the street (100m) – famous for its ice cream and pastries and set in a beautiful tropical style garden. Lido L’Oasi Beach Club is located approx. 400m which boasts an excellent menu, bar and pool deck.There is a vegetable market open daily selling a huge selection of local produce.The neighbourhood is very quiet and there are a lot of people that live here year round. Enricos and the beach bars/restaurants can get very lively with locals and holiday makers on a weekend night but lively in an Italian way where most entertainment attracts all ages from teenagers to families.Lamezia Terme, Calabria is the closest airport (25km). The airport code is SUF. RyanAir fly there from Stansted several times a week. GermanWings, AirBerlin and Transavia fly from locations all over Europe and Alitalia and AirOne fly from all over Italy.In August there is a bus that runs from the end of the road to town throughout the day and late into the night. Unfortunately outside of August there is very little local transport and personally I would advise that visitors need a car as the closest supermarket is about 5km and there are so many places to see with a car. (Dinner in Piazza della Repubblica or Pizzo Marina, Tropea, Capo Vaticano, Statti Vineyard, Filadelfia for the market, Parco Nazionale della Sila, Amantea, Scilla…)The train station in Pizzo has hourly trains to Tropea and Lamezia Terme. There is a free Pizzo Express in Summer around Pizzo Town and to Chiesa di Piedigrotta and a free Airport Shuttle to Pizzo.Extra persons will only be charged for 1 week per month.Discounted weekly and monthly rates apply.There is a $30 fee for emergency call outs (outside office hours) that are not deemed an emergency. (If you require a specific list of what is deemed an emergency I will provide one).
