Grattarola solid wood kitchenette with Miele/Imperial electric appliances.The dining room and also the living room can accommodate 6 people. In less than 15 minutes by car you will find all other amenities.Activities on the doorstep include mountain walks, cycling, horse riding, golf (9 different courses), canyoning, tennis, kayak, paragliding, and skiing in the winter. On demand: Pre-stocking with food and other supplies, daily cleaning of the pool or inside the house.You will have contact with the housekeeping the day you arrive and the day you leave. The rest of the time you will have full and sole access to the property, unless you call the housekeeping.There are two other villas in the direct neighborhood, one is used throughout the year, the other only for 6 weeks per year. That’s all, you have a lot of privacy. Nice airport is only a 45 minutes drive.
