HOUSE 4/3 is at about 1 mile from the very sea shore of the largest beach of LaCaletta. Be it in the 3 smaller HOUSE 4 or in this bigger HOUSE A6/A, our hospitality is meant for couples, singles or otherwise, or for a number of people that are to be counted as 2 parents and whatever number of kids the parents have, or legitimately bring with them. Kids are very welcome and are intended as having adolescent age. As much as HOUSE4’s and 6’s are practical and suitable for everybody, for HOUSE4’s the 4 adults formula is not what we would suggest. Therefore it would be the choice of parents to bring grown-ups kids otherwise than what we’ve stated. Also please note that this is not a B&B accommodation, and therefore instead of breakfast we provide a well equipped KITCHEN with all amenities ranging from, kettle to toaster to microwave, pans, cookers, plates, washing machine and all the rest, except a proper gas oven. Our HOUSES 4 & 6 along with our hosting formula are meant to be easy going, friendly and welcoming, as much as caring for the wellness of our friends, be it couples, or one whole family, meaning it a couple + their kids (if any) or, only two adults of whatsoever gender or, one or two adults in whatsoever form theirs relationship would be, friends or otherwise. In fact we guaranty privacy, much silence and much quietness. Therefore, the HOUSE4’s and the much bigger HOUSE6 are intended as being four, independent, private and detached HOUSES, each within their portion of garden, each with two private terraces that are a very exclusive pertinence and concern of each respective HOUSE. The above is what we can best offer, and, not only for quality/price, try it, our guesses feel that this is a good offer. Wine (mostly of our production) and some local seasonal fruits at your arrival, + bicycles and much courtesy, are all free, and a very normal part of our much concerned service. All HOUSES are well cared for. Cleanliness is the very top and that goes for the linen and good quality bath towels, that are part of our free service, as much as for the bathroom, the kitchenette and for both the inside as well as the outside of the HOUSE’s. The garden with the houses is located at one mile from the sea shore, part of the long coast of La Caletta – Santa Lucia beaches + + + the San Giovanni – Posada beaches, both very near, both in the east coast of Sardinia. The local area is part of ONE OF THE BEST BEACHES series around, including, in a row, Capo Comino, Berchida and Bidderosa beaches, all near HOUSE4 & 6 and near to the small towns of Siniscola, Posada and Budoni, in the province of Nuoro. HOUSE4’s and HOUSEA6/A are set in a 3000 sq.m. garden of their own, surrounded by nature and part of a wider 1,5 hectares of a much sought-off park, with 11 properties and their well kept gardens, near the sea and also a few miles from the mountains of the Monte Albos plateaux at 600 meters (asl). Comfortable and neat inside, the outside of both HOUSE4 & 6 with theirs much quietness and freshness is also intended for kids to play. The garden is big, with one hundred, or so trees of all sorts, and many olive trees; (by which our small production of oil) make the place really kin and cosy not only in summer days. Private parking, private BBQ, also external showers, and, all over the garden, secluded corners, are crafted spaces where one can read. Also hammocks, + 1/2 acre of green grass are meant for kids to play in safety and always at a quick glance from their parents.Please feel free of being at ease with yourselves in the place. The 3 in number HOUSE4 + the 1 in number HOUSEA6/A makes a total of 4 independent houses, ideal for a group of friends/relatives ect. , that do share the same garden. And, if it happens naturally, we would eventually try to gently introduce to each other, guesses and kids. To sleep in your HOUSE 4s there is a 1 bedroom with a double bed, (+ eventually a baby cot), plus a sofa bed in the living room. For the price stated by AIRBNB the HOUSE4s do comfortably sleeps a max of 2 adults and theirs whatever number of kids they have, BUT NOT 4 ADULTS OR MORE. Everything is at ground floor, so access is easy. For each HOUSE, though, there are two easy parking possibilities and the second, in the meadow, next to the two terraces, is intended for people having a moving or driving difficulty. The place is at about 1 mile away from the beach and so from the village center of La Caletta, where you can find everything from pharmacies to discos… or supermarkets, as from local produce to, for instance, mini-cruises most leading to the gulfs many more beaches of the coast. Many of the beaches can also be reached by car, except, that is, the beaches in the gulf of Orosei, that cannot be reached by car, but only walking or, much easier, by boat. Also we will suggest you the many countryside experiences to choose from, like, for instance, our next door horse-riding facilities, or even deeper into the island, that is extremely rich also in history, cuisine and hospitality, yet quite affordable by all means. Thanks, and have a good and creative planning for your next holidays.I dintorni sono poi tutta l’Isola; ricchissima di archeologia e storia, con i suoi molti musei, ma soprattutto sono da menzionare i paesaggi e i prodotti locali di eccellenza: vino, ortaggi, sa Pompia, e la cucina molto particolare. Il paesaggio circostante va dalla montagna, (il Mont’Albo alta circa 900 mt.), sino alla spiaggia, tra le più grandi e le più libere della Sardegna con Parking libero almeno in certi tratti della stessa, che sommata a quella di San Giovanni è lunga circa sette chilometri e soprattutto mai del tutto affollata.La pulizia impeccabile della casa, il silenzio, vero! Il rispetto assoluto della privatezza.
