The swimmingpool and the garden are for the exclusive use of our guests.The house is extremely bright and finished with design and quality’s materials and forniture.It has:-parking Garage-Free wi-fi-Sky-Dvd player-Spa -Swimming pool-small equipped kitchen with fridge,microwaves ,Nespresso coffee machineIncluded:-bed linen, towels,spa towels,crib.The breakfast with cakes, marmaled,bisquits,tea ,coffee and milk is included.Nearby chance of beautiful walks.The City of Como is around 1.5 km far and it is easly accessible by walk , by bus (bus stop at 50mt) or Taxi service.At about 2 Km you will find the enchanting ‘Brunate’ with his lighthouse and a breathtaking view of the lake and the city.The B&B SUITE & SPA is the ideal destination for a relaxing and elegant stay at a few steps from the beautiful sorroundings of Lake Como.additional Como-stay tax is requested: 1euro per adult per day (only for the first 4 nights) to be payed directly to owner.

House rules-To use the swimming pool: the cover must be unrolled and dropped in the water.At the end of every use of the pool please cover it again with the cover to keep the heat and humidity.always close the door window that separates the pool from the apartmentjust finished using the pool, the rooms must be ventilated by completely opening the Windows of the pool for 20/30 min.after that you may close the windows leaving them a little bit opened.Please is not allowed to eat on the sofas and colour with permanent colors on the wooden table.
