We offer a unique experience by spending your holidays in one of the most beautiful and picturesque places on the Earth. Our apartment is situated on the ground floor of an elegant historic building, overlooking a quiet inner garden. It is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility. It is equipped with a kitchen, a wardrobe and a large private bathroom, so that our guests can be completely independent.The apartment can accommodate two people (a large double bed) and a child (a small bed for a 0/3 year- old child).Various optional services are available upon request:-A shuttle service from the station or airport-guided tours by boat or by car to some of the most beautiful touristic or cultural destinations-wine-tasting and culinary tours-shopping tours
We offer a luxurious, fully equipped and independent apartment with:-a private bathroom with a large bathtub-a kitchen with a micro-waves oven -a wardrobe-Free Wi-fi An autonomous heating system is available and free tourist guides and maps are provided.
We wish you to enjoy an unforgettable holiday and thus we will provide all possible assistance through individual services upon request, which will specifically apply to your wishes:-A shuttle service from the most important airports-Guided tours based on specific themes (Shopping tours – culinary tours – cultural tours)We remind to the guests that the town of Bellagio applies the tourist tax of € 1 (one) for person a night.Guests must respect the check-in (1 pm – 8 pm). To delay is expected the extra expense of euro 30 (thirty). For any problems the guests can contact the host at any time.Il QuartiereOur apartment is situated near the nineteenth-century Villa Melzi d’Eril with its botanic garden, which may also be visited. Nearby, you can visit the Napoleonic museum and also admire some of the most famous Villas on Lake Como.During the day you can relax on a free beach or by the swimming-pool.In the evening, you can enjoy an excellent meal in restaurants and bistros, which are recommended by the Michelin Guide and often welcome Vip visitors.A disco- lounge bar is only a two-minute walk away.Un giro nei dintorniThis apartment is situated at a short walking distance from the centre and the most important luxury shops. The centre can be reached in a couple of minutes crossing the Villa Melzi d’Eril park or by taking a shuttle bus.Bellagio is an ideal starting point for visiting the many wonders of Lake Como.

Should you travel by public means, we strongly suggest that you plan your arrival before 8 pm. since the last bus from any station is scheduled at that time.The Town Hall of Bellagio applies the tourist tax: one euro (€ 1) a night for person.

– Our apartment is situated in a prestigious, historic building and therefore you are kindly requested to observe a respectable and dignified behaviour- Smoking in the flat is not allowed (it is possible outside)- Kindly respect the check-in (from 1 pm and 8 pm) and the check-out times (from 8 am to 11 am) and please let us know if you have particular problems.- Please avoid making any noise during the night
