Bright and stylish apartment in the fascinating setting of Novocomum, rationalist architect Giuseppe Terragnis masterpiece. A stone’s throw from the lake and its Villas. Complete with kitchen area, living room, bedroom, bathroom and a large balcony. The style is modern, young. Living room with a table (4/6 seats), a sofa, TV and a cabinet compartment. The kitchen space has a fridge and freezer, sink, microwave and induction hob. We supply pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, basically all you need in the kitchen. In the bedroom there is a large window, a closet, two single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed. In the bathroom a large shower, WC, bidet and washbasin. The house provides everything you need for the bed and the bathroom, sheets, pillows, towels and the possibility of using the washing machine. A stone’s throw from the lake and within walking distance from Villa Olmo, Como neoclassical masterpiece. Really close to the historic town center, next to Alessandro Volta monument and its park and 100 meters from Carrefour supermarket. A five-minute walk from Como S. Giovanni international train station and a ten-minute walk from Como local train station with trains to Milan and Malpensa airport. All places in the city and suburbs are accessible by buses that stop around the corner. The apartment is independent but the main entrance (with touristic information, guides and books) is shared with another apartment. Tourist tax is included in the price.

Alla nostra casa teniamo molto! Vi chiediamo di rispettare alcune regole, semplici ma importanti. L’appartamento si trova al secondo piano di un edificio dove vivono anche altre persone, vi chiediamo il rispetto dei vicini, evitando chiasso e schiamazzi, soprattutto nelle ore serali e notturne. Vi chiediamo di non sprecare! Quando uscite spegnete la luce, la Terra vi ringrazierà! Noi facciamo la raccolta differenziata, se potete aiutateci anche voi. Carta, plastica e vetro vengono riciclati! Se volete fumare c’è il balcone, per favore non fumate in casa, gli ospiti che arriveranno dopo di voi ne saranno felici.
