The apartment is located in the Novocomum, rationalist architect Giuseppe Terragni’s masterpiece, right in front of Como lake. The space is large, bright and stylish.
We provide everything guests need to enjoy their stay: cutlery, bed linens, towels, washing machine, comfortable beds, information about Como and its region, a unique insight into Como’s architecture.
Our guests can call us, text us, email us every time they want to do so. We will reply right away to answer any questions and solve any problems. The apartment has a large living room with a kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, microwave and sink), a large bathroom with washing machine, a bedroom with two single beds and a large hallway. The chair bed, in case of a third guest, is in the living room. The apartment is independent but the main entrance (with touristic information, guides and books) is shared with another apartment. Tourism tax is included in the price.
