The Beach House is a spacious apartment of 90 sqm with a private beach and a lovely terrace & garden overlooking the lake located in the lovely village of Limonta, just a few minutes aways from Bellagio center by car or by bus.The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, a large living room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people, a bathroom with a new shower, a washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and everything you need for cooking. A large terrace overlooking the lake equipped with table, chairs and sunshade, and a large garden with barbecue and direct access to a private beach complete the property. There is car park available within the property. Sorry, no pets. No smoking inside, smoking is allowed outside only. During the colder months, an extra charge of €1/cu.m. of gas will be applied if the use of radiators is requested. Please advise if you plan to arrive after 7 pm, the office is closed and we need to arrange a different meeting point (a late check-in fee will apply: €30 till 10 pm, €50 till midnight). Sorry, check-in is not possible after midnight.
