This magnificent villa is located on a picturesque hill overlooking the seaside town of Polignano a Mare, the Pearl of Adriatic Sea. It stands amid almond groves and ancient olive trees that have witnessed the passing of centuries.Architecturally unique, this modern sanctuary is perfectly integrated into the timeless landscape of the Apulian countryside and offers everything for your total comfort and relaxation, as each day youll rise to breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea.The master suite offers a plush king-sized bed with private bath. The 2nd bedroom features a two queen-sized beds. The villa is air conditioned in every room and features every modern convenience including a washer and dryer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, wi-fi internet and TV. You’ll also have access to the laundry room. Outside, youll enjoy meals and relaxation on an expansive veranda overlooking the sea. Fully complemented with tables, chairs and sofas, it even features a wood-burning oven and barbeque. Just below the veranda, theres a wooden sun deck that is perfect for sunbathing, and when youre ready to cool down, you can take a relaxing swim in the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea.The center of Polignano and the beaches are 3 km away and can be reached in less than 5 minutes away by car. Also a 15 minute drive you can easily reach Monopoli, , Castellana Grotte and Alberobello. In 20 minutes you can reach even the white town of Ostuni, the hot springs of Torre Canne.
La villa si affaccia su due ampi giardini fioriti e con prato inglese. I nostri ospiti avranno libero accesso alla piscina e al barbecue dotato della legna dei vicini ulivi. Inoltre all’interno della residenza potranno rilassarsi sul comodo divano davanti al camino e con TV 42 ‘. La cucina è dotata di ogni tipo di accessorio compreso il forno a microonde. La camera matrimoniale luminosa e spaziosa è dotata di biancheria da letto e da bagno. In un’altra stanza c’è anche la possibilità di ospitare una terza persona.Il QuartiereIl residence è situato nelle terre di Polignano a mare lato monte, è composto interamente da ville con giardini a 360 gradi che consentono di avere un privacy totale.Un giro nei dintorniLa possibilità di avere a disposizione auto e autista (con un minimo sovrapprezzo) consentirà agli ospiti di decidere ogni giorno di andare a visitare un posto diverso della meravigliosa Puglia, come la città di Ostuni o Alberobello con i suoi trulli, oppure di essere accompagnati alle Grotte di Castellana o a vedere lo splendido barocco leccese, con la possibilità inoltre di gustare i cibi tipici del posto nei migliori ristoranti della zona!
