It stands on a promontory from where you can have a beautiful and panoramic view SAnea Scoada.The beach of Putzu Idu and the little beach of SAnea Scoada is at a four minute walk , while the main beach of S’Anea Scoada at seven minutes walk.Other beaches in the area are: Su Pallosu-Sa Rocca Tunda ( 2 km ) ; Sa Mesa Longa ( 1,6 km ) ; Is Arenas ( 4,5 km ); Is Arutas-Mari Ermi also called ‘rice grains beaches ‘ ( 12 km ; suggested sun glasses ).The appliances are ; boiler, tv, laundry machine , stove 4 rings, electric oven , refrigerator-freezer , vacuum cleaner, dish-washer, etc.The kitchen is furnished with everything . Blankets are inside, and the linen is given only on demand .Unfortunately we are not able to host kids under 12y in this property! It means that everything ,including tables , beds , chairs , couch, stereo etc., have to be left where they were found.No PETSIn the surroundings of the villa, a grocery shop , tobacco shop , sea articles , restaurant , bar ,are always open on Sundays.Activities: scuba-diving, excursions on the sea, beach, fishing, windsurfing, mountain biking , horse-riding.No Neighborhood!Is not really easy arrive from the airport by public transport. You need to take 2 buses and 1 train! Alternatively we can book for you a taxi service for you. Also will be a good idea book a push-bike when you arrive here. It’s a good option to move around the Marina, alternatively walking you can arrive everywhere.The apartment must be kept in good order and should be left the same upon departure. It means that everything ,including tables , beds , chairs , couch, stereo etc., have to be left where they were found.
